Your role as Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a crucial role in perfecting the ultimate guest experience. Together with the Housekeeping Manager, you lead a team of passionate professionals and ensure that every space shines with perfection. Your attention to detail, leadership, and passion for hospitality make the difference!

What will you do?

• Leadership You motivate and inspire a top team of cleaners and manage them on a daily basis.

• Outstanding guest experience: You strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience, maintaining the highest standards in service and hygiene.

• Reputation management: You ensure our quality and proactively think about improvements, conducting quality checks on a weekly basis.

• Hygiene & Regulations: Together with the Housekeeping Manager, you ensure a spotless hotel and compliance with all regulations.
  Operational management: You are hands-on and ensure that the team performs at the highest level every day.

• Talent development: You assist in training and guiding employees, encouraging their growth.

• Inventory management: In collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager, you ensure that all supplies are always available on time.

• Collaboration with other departments: A smoothly running hotel starts with strong teamwork, and you play a key role in that!

• Uniform management: You check all staff laundry before it goes to the laundry and when it returns. If necessary, you support the housekeeping manager in issuing and registering workwear and ensure compliance with correct dress codes.

Who are you?

• You have completed a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in a five-star hotel is a plus.

• You are stress-resistant, organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

• You are a true people manager with great empathy.

• You are flexible and available in evenings and weekends.

• You speak fluent Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus!).

• You have an energetic, positive, and hands-on mentality.

What do we offer?

• A salary between €2,443.95 and €2700.- (gross based on 38 hours, depending on experience).

• Opportunity for a permanent contract with good performance.
