Hotel TwentySeven is an exceptional and sensational all-suite boutique hotel, located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, overlooking Dam Square and the renewed Rokin. Together with Michelin-starred Restaurant Bougainville and Bar TwentySeven, the hotel is both a destination and a sanctuary, where anything is possible for our guests.

As a Houseman, you are responsible for the perfect preparation prior to the arrival of our guests. You ensure that our 16 boutique suites always look immaculate and that no detail is overlooked.

Within our department, we work at a fast pace and value creativity, flexibility, and open mindedness. We are equipped with the best tools and resources to perform our work at the highest level every day.

In short, your responsibilities will include:

• Making beds to the highest standards;

• Styling suites and operational areas to perfection;

• Replenishing linen closets;

• Restocking minibars in the suites;

• Replenishing amenities;

• Preparing housekeeping trolleys for the next day;

• Assisting with cleaning operational areas and suites during busy periods.

Here's where you'll recognize yourself:

• You have a keen eye for detail, nothing escapes your attention;

• You enjoy handling a variety of tasks and are a true multitasker;

• You are friendly and service oriented;

• You are available to work weekends;

• You speak Dutch and/or English.

What we offer:

• A salary between €2,455.64 and €2,582.71 gross (based on 38 hours, depending on knowledge and experience);

• The prospect of a permanent contract;

• 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme;

• Travel allowance for commuting from outside Amsterdam;

• Daily lunch and dinner provided;

• 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract (38 hours);
