As an allround service employee, you are a true allrounder and belong to the excellent team of Hotel TwentySeven that is fully focused on personalized services and meeting all the wishes and desires of our guests. You work in various departments such as Breakfast, Butler, Front Office, Doorman, Reservations, and Housekeeping. You are a versatile team player and willing to learn a lot about the operational ins and outs of the hotel, where you can also grow within the hotel and your role. You ensure that our guests lack nothing and know how to provide service of the highest level.

In short, you will be doing the following:

• Front Office/Reservations: checking in and out guests, processing reservations, and answering emails and phone calls;

• Doorman: Welcoming our guests, handling luggage, and keeping everything coordinated in our lobby;

• Butler: Anticipating guests' needs and coordinating luggage, always being 100% available for the guest and knowing how to respond correctly to their needs;

• Housekeeping: checking rooms and public areas, supervising employees, and ensuring orders are placed;

• Breakfast: preparing and serving breakfast in our restaurant or on the suites as needed;

Here's where you recognize yourself:

• You are a true host and are willing to grow in your role;

• With your hands-on mentality, you prefer to start working (pro)actively right away;

• Knowledge of reservation systems Mews and Lightspeed is a plus;

• You are flexible, have good perseverance, and are stress-resistant;

• You work accurately and like to arrange everything down to the last detail;

• You live in the Amsterdam area.

What we offer:

• Salary between € 2402.58 and € 2650 (gross based on 38 hours, depending on knowledge and experience)

• Potential for a permanent contract

• 8% holiday pay and pension

• Travel allowance outside Amsterdam

• Lunch and dinner provided

• 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract (38 hours)
